MKH Properties Unveils Dariann Court, MD Promises Residents Top-Notch Technology, Extra Security (PHOTOS)

MKH Properties, a subsidiary of MKH Group, launched its much-talk-about state-of-the-art residential property, Dariann Court, promising to make lives extra seamless for its residents.

This was disclosed, Wednesday, 14 June 2023, during the unveiling of the Dariann Court’s grand physical launch for the stunning properties, promising to set a new standard in modern living.

The founder said that they had provided an Application that is going to serve as a remote control to operate one’s apartment from any part of the world.

He said, “We have created an app where you can use your phone to control your appliances from any part of the world. We provide solar panels and inverters systems, internet, motion lights, fire alarms, and voice control.

“We will provide everything that comes to the kitchen; gathered, fully and furnished. We are also providing anything that is related to the rooms, except if you are bringing some things by yourself, anything that you can think of to have, in a smart home will be provided by us. It is all-inclusive.

“The price is going for N120 Million for a fully detached and N75 Million for the terrace.”

Commenting on the inclusiveness of the project to host residences of the (Olive Park) Estate, MKH founder said, the company is grateful for the privilege they receive to have direct access.

According to him, “The setting and everything is well organized. We are grateful for the privilege we receive to have access directly to the people of this estate”.

Promising that the birth of Dariann Court is going to add different impact and influence to the estate including security, improvement and the like. Reiterated that it is not easy to have immediate access to such a feat.

MKH chairman added that “We want to have more visitation to this estate; security, improvements and the like.
