The exchange rate between the Naira and the US dollar according to the data posted on the FMDQ Security Exchange where forex is officially traded showed that the naira opened at N431.33 per dollar on Friday, 30 September 2022, after it closed at N430.83 per $1 on Wednesday, 28th September 2022.
Notably, BrandNewsDay Nigeria reports that the CBN dollar to naira rate, the apex bank buys the dollar at ₦416.16 rate and sells it at the rate of ₦431.33.

The local currency opened at N725.00 per $1 at the parallel market otherwise known as the black market, today, Friday, 30 September 2022, in Lagos Nigeria, after it closed at N720.00 per $1 on Thursday, 29th September 2022.
