Popular Nollywood actor and Political appointee to the Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State, Christopher Bassey, has decided to tour Europe.
BrandNewsDay understands that Bassey took personally, the popular saying that ‘work without play makes Jack a dull boy’, the actor then decided to take a few weeks off work.
The actor who has been shuffling between movie set and political activities disclosed that there is a need for him to have the vacation as a means of easing stress.
Bassey stated that his vacation will see him tour about eight European countries before returning home to work again.
Already, he has visited Rome in Italy and is currently in Paris, France where he hopes to have a few meetings and build bilateral relationships with some of the country’s film-makers.
He further noted that there was a need to build a good relationship with foreign movie makers to help producers learn more and also share knowledge as regards production.
