According to the data obtained from the CBN website, the exchange rate between the Nigerian naira and the British Pounds opened at ₦498.85/£1 on Friday 16th September 2022, after it sold at the rate of ₦498.8 to £1 on Thursday, 15th September 2022.

Meanwhile, BDC players buy Pounds Sterling at the rate of ₦840/820 and sell to investors/ buyers at the rate of ₦753.
