According to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development Sadiya Umar Farouq, the N-Skills programme targets marginalized and disadvantaged populations, including those with primary or no-formal education.
It would be recalled that since the notable scheme was transferred to the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development from the office of Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo in October 2020, complaints of recurrent delay in NPower stipends payment have been registered.

In NPower News Today, Brand News Day Nigeria gathered that some NPower beneficiaries are finding it difficult to access their NPower October Stipend Payment login, showing an error, saying, ‘Npower No Payment Data Available Issue‘ under the payroll section.
NASIMS has told NPower Beneficiaries what to do if payments status under the payroll section is showing the “NO PAYMENT DATA AVAILABLE”.
The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) appealed to beneficiaries to keep calling the numbers provided and not to send in any email.
According to N-Power “If your payment status under payroll section is showing “NO PAYMENT DATA AVAILABLE”, kindly contact us through any of our helplines 092203102, 018888340 for assistance.
“If however, our helplines are irresponsive when you call, please keep calling or try back at intervals and DO NOT SEND EMAIL.
Note: Payment of September stipend is still ongoing. All qualified Beneficiaries will definitely be paid, be patient.
