BREAKING: Lagos Assembly Rejects Confirmation Of Sanwo-Olu’s 17 Commissioner Nominees

Lagos State House of Assembly has declined to confirm 17 nominees submitted by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for the positions of commissioners and special advisers.

BrandNewsDay Nigeria reports that during the Wednesday plenary session, the lawmakers confirmed 22 out of the 39 nominees recommended.

Meanwhile, the Lagos Assembly has ordered Governor Sanwo-Olu to convene an urgent security meeting over killings in the state.
