Zenith Bank GMD/CEO Acquires 5,00,000 Shares Worth ₦112M

Zenith Bank’s Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ebenezer Onyeagwu purchased additional 5 million shares.

Insider dealings give clues on insiders’ sentiment and director unlike before the new transparent policy where shareholders do not know what executives that formulates policy that impacts their desire stocks are doing.

In a statement released and made available to Brand News Day, Ebenezer Onyeagwu bought 5 million shares in four different transactions on Friday, March 19, 2021, at an average price of N22.41 and valuation of N112.050 million.
