Global Public Relations Confidence Continues to Grow – Report

Public relations professionals are feeling increasingly optimistic about their organisation’s future according to the results of ICCO’s latest global confidence tracker.

More than 400 ICCO members from across the world took part in a single-question study conducted by Question and Retain. The data reveals confidence levels returning following the impact of the global pandemic.

82% of ICCO members – drawn from a global pool of practitioners – said they were either quite confident or very confident about their organisation’s future.  This is the highest total to date and an increase of 7% from the December poll. Full results below.

ICCO Chief Executive Francis Ingham MPRCA said:

“PR practitioners around the world have weathered the pandemic storm successfully, and now face the future with steadily-increasing confidence. If 2020 was a year of change and survival for our industry, then 2021 will be a year of resurgence.”
