Sugar is an excellent exfoliator, and it delivers the best results when paired with a nourishing and moisturizing ingredient such as olive oil. Combine two tablespoons of sugar with enough olive oil to make a coarse paste, massage into your armpits for several minutes, leave on for an extra 5 to 10 minutes, and rinse off.
