Zenith Bank’s Executive Director Acquires 1M Shares NGN23.65M

The Executive Director of Zenith Bank, Dr. Temitope Fashoranti, added to his stake in the company, according to the latest filing on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

Dr. Temitope Fashoranti purchased the shares at N23.65 per share, on December 16, 2020, at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos. Total shares purchased amounted to NGN 23,650,000.

Temitope Fasoranti is on the board of Zenith Bank Plc, Financial Institutions Training Centre and Zenith Pensions Custodian Ltd. and Member of Nigerian Institute of Management.

He received a graduate degree, a doctorate and an undergraduate degree from Obafemi Awolowo University. He has spent over 28 years in the Nigerian Banking Industry.
