Atedo Peterside resigns from Unilever Nigeria Board

Unilever Nigeria Plc. hereby gives the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public notice of resignation of Mr Atedo Peterside CON, from the Board of Directors of Unilever Nigeria Plc. with immediate effect.

According to Mr Peterside, the resignation is to enable him to focus on fulfilling the objectives of the ANAP Foundation COVID-19 Think Tank which he recently established in March 2020.

Unilever Nigeria Plc. thanks, Mr Peterside for his priceless contribution to the Board of Unilever Nigeria Plc. over the years and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
